the short version

We don't sell anything and we don't track you. Downloads are free and need no account. No ad tracking, no profiling, no reselling. If you never email us, we likely never see your name.

who we are

shedworks.dev is a draftr works platform, operated by Draftr, a business based in the Philippines. For the purposes of data-protection law, Draftr is the data controller for the information described on this page.

what we collect

When you download a product, we don't collect anything beyond basic server logs — the file is served directly, with no account and no email gate.

When you email us, we receive the email address and message you send. That's it.

When you visit the site, our host receives standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) as part of normal server operation. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party ad scripts.

why we collect it

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build profiles. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

who we share it with

A few trusted providers help us run the site:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting. Serves the site and keeps request logs.
• GitHub, Inc. — hosts the download files our product pages link to. When you download, GitHub receives standard request data as part of serving the file.
• our email host — delivers messages sent to and from hello@shedworks.dev.

We do not share your information with anyone outside what is needed to serve the site or reply to an email. We disclose information only when legally required.

how long we keep it

• email conversations — kept while they're useful to us or you; deleted on request
• server logs — rotated on our host's normal schedule, typically 30 days

your rights

You can email us at any time to:

• see what we have on file about you
• correct something that's wrong
• delete your data
• ask a copy of your data to be exported
• object to a specific use

We respond to data requests within 30 days, usually much sooner.

cookies

The site sets no tracking cookies. No analytics, no ad cookies, no cross-site tracking.

international transfers

We're based in the Philippines. Our providers (Vercel, GitHub, email host) operate globally, which means your data may be processed in other countries. We choose providers that offer appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

children

The site is not intended for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

changes to this policy

When we update this policy, the “last updated” date at the top reflects the change. Material changes will be announced on the site.
